This 55-minute class is high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout that combines ballet-based movements, weight conditioning, core-focused exercises, and stretching. This class is for the absolute beginner to the seasoned barre enthusiast - we offer modifications or intensifications that will suit your fitness level. 


This 45-minute class is the shortened version of our Barre Mixed Levels class that is designed for our busiest clients.  This class is just as challenging and is perfect before work, at lunchtime, or at the end of the day.


Burst of high-intensity, low-impact cardio intervals are introduced to our mixed level class to keep your heartbeat up and burn calories fast.


This class combines barre exercises, exercises using the TRX suspension trainer, and high intensity, low impact cardio exercises to create this dynamic class that will ensure an increase in your heart rate and burn fat!  This a strength class that should not be missed. 

This 45-minute strength class is a fusion of exercises using the TRX suspension trainer and barre exercises. 

Note: Sticky bottom socks are recommended for all barre classes but not required.  Our own brand of no slip grip socks are available for sale at the studio.

This High Intensity Interval Training class offers a wide variety of strength and movement practice in a fast-paced interval environment. The objective of this class is to simultaneously improve movement literacy, strength and conditioning. Novel types of movement will keep your mind and body engaged, and will transfer to everyday strength, conditioning and injury prevention. PLEASE WEAR CLEAN SNEAKERS - NO STREET SHOES.

Check out our most unique fitness program - SURFSET! As featured on the TV show  "Shark Tank", this surf inspired core-workout will shake up your gym routine. SURFSET® is a full body workout inspired by one of the world’s most athletic sports, and the benefits are not limited to one field of fitness. It draws from the real movements of surfing to create workouts that build balance, core strength, stability, agility, aerobic conditioning, power, lean muscle & coordination.  SURFSET® classes are structured for optimal fat burn, muscle build & improved balance. 45 minutes of surf-inspired movements structured in intervals to push past plateaus. Imagine combining the cardio benefits of Spinning® with the muscle benefits of TRX® training & the core benefits of working out on a Bosu® ball. Now throw in some waves & make it fun! 

Please note that this small group training program is available to only 4 participants. We train barefoot on the board. Pre-registration is required as some of our classes fill up 1 week in advance.  

The PILOXING program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. These techniques are supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Put it all together, and you have a muscle-toning, fat-burning workout that will make you feel physically and mentally empowered! That is PILOXING cardio-fusion. Barefoot or sticky socks please.

DANCE2B (All Levels): An energetic dance class comprised of choreographed routines producing a fun, full-body workout that exercises your mind, body and spirit.  The best way to learn DANCE2B is to MIMIC and FOLLOW, repetition is key!  Each class you will build new skills and confidence. Please wear dance sneakers or cross training shoes.

DANCE2B (Beginner):  A beginner Dance2B class with time allotted for choreography questions and answers plus break down of a select song every week.  The pace of class will still have a great workout provided for all attendees. Please wear dance sneakers or cross training shoes.​


​This class features a variety of dance genres every week from Salsa, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, club dance and many more. No dance experience required just the desire to move and have fun!  Bring lots of energy with you. Clean dance or cross train sneakers only please.
