BARRE MIXED LEVELS
This 55-minute class is high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout that combines ballet-based movements, weight conditioning, core-focused exercises, and stretching. This class is for the absolute beginner to the seasoned barre enthusiast - we offer modifications or intensifications that will suit your fitness level.
This 45-minute class is the shortened version of our Barre Mixed Levels class that is designed for our busiest clients. This class is just as challenging and is perfect before work, at lunchtime, or at the end of the day.
BLUE BARRE BOUNCE
Your favorite Barre class on trampoline! We will use light weights and your own bodyweight to work your upper body. Classic Barre leg, glute and abdominal exercises will all be done on the trampoline with added bounce and rebounding intervals.
BARRE TRX BURN
This class combines barre exercises, exercises using the TRX suspension trainer, and high intensity, low impact cardio exercises to create this dynamic class that will ensure an increase in your heart rate and burn fat! This a strength class that should not be missed.
Note: Sticky bottom socks are recommended for all barre classes but not required, barefoot is ok. Our own brand of no slip grip socks are available for sale at the studio.
POWER STRENGTH HIIT
This 40 minute high intensity interval class will focus on upper body strength and core exercises that will result in increase heart rate and burn fat in a circuit format. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Barefoot or clean sneakers for footwear, no street shoes please.

SURFSET® classes are structured for optimal fat burn, muscle build & improved balance. 45 minutes of surf-inspired movements structured in intervals to push past plateaus. Imagine combining the cardio benefits of Spinning® with the muscle benefits of TRX® training & the core benefits of working out on a Bosu® ball. Now throw in some waves & make it fun!
Please note that this small group training program is available to only 4 participants. We train barefoot on the board. Pre-registration is required as some of our classes fill up 1 week in advance.
DANCE2B (All Levels): An energetic dance class comprised of choreographed routines producing a fun, full-body workout that exercises your mind, body and spirit. The best way to learn DANCE2B is to MIMIC and FOLLOW, repetition is key! Each class you will build new skills and confidence. Please wear dance sneakers or cross training shoes.
DANCE2B (Beginner): A beginner Dance2B class with time allotted for choreography questions and answers plus break down of a select song every week. The pace of class will still have a great workout provided for all attendees. Please wear dance sneakers or cross training shoes.
BLUE BOUNCE PARTY
Bounce your way into fitness! This 45 minute cardio class on our mini-trampoline will put a smile on your face and get your heart rate up. Gentle on the joints, you will perform a variety of dance and rebounding exercises to fun and energizing music. Sneakers OR barefoot.
Sweat it out and join us for our very own brand of high energy 45 minute indoor cycling class. Led by our motivating instructors and energizing music, pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills in a high intensity interval setting. All fitness levels are welcome. Cycling shoes with SPD clips are recommended. Limited cycling shoes are available for rent at the studio for $3, please email us to reserve.
